Authentic Connections worked with a team of senior managers and their Human Resource counterparts to create a Leadership Success Profile and the associated in-depth descriptions of the critical skills associated with leading in the company’s culture. This guide to successful leadership became the underlying structure for the recruitment, assessment and continuing development of current and future leaders throughout the company.
